Not only do they prepare incredible food but their motto is to focus on a family friendly affordable menu with fantastic service. Detroit Firemen Jeff Smith, Mike Urbin and Brian Vogal are three fire fighters who needed a plan B when Detroit took a turn and their pensions and benefits were cut. None of them worked in a restaurant, but they all knew how to cook up some lip smacking grub.
